Practice Overview
Archiflair Design Ltd is an architecture, master planning, urban design, and interior design practice dedicated to creating buildings and places that is responsive, thoughtful, and pragmatic designs. Through a shared mindset of appreciation for collaborative approach we create places with a strong sense of identity where people and community play a key part.
At our London office we strive to achieve a design excellence on all projects regardless of scale, but architecture today is not about a building in isolation. We live with our developments, taking them from feasibility through to a site assessment, masterplanning design, interior space planning and delivery on site.
Founded by experienced architect Suchindra Reddy and based in North-East London. Archiflair Design is a vibrant practice with experiences of all types and scales of development.
Our Approach
Our goal is to be the architectural practice of choice for clients in London and nationwide. We believe that architecture should respond to its place, enhance a site or neighbourhood, and be a natural partner with the environment. We begin each project with complete openness that engages our client's specific requirements and aspirations to harness and deliver a positive change.
The Way We Work
We help our clients formulate their brief and we make sure that we fully understand our client's priorities. We produce alternative counter design solutions to enable our clients to establish the appropriate balance for each of their projects between Quality, Cost and Time.
Collaboration
In a traditional sense we believe that the architect should lead the design team during the development of the design. However, it is paramount that we work in transparent and collaborative way with internal and external team members with clear roles and responsibilities.
Conceptual clarity
We seek out the clear diagram, the big idea, the essence of the project and ensure the unifying idea is expressed consistently throughout the design.
Commercial Viability
We pride ourselves in producing cost-effective and viable solutions to our clients' brief while retaining focus on quality architecture.
With the above at heart, depending on the context and brief, our designers have the confidence to successfully balance rigour and restraint with boldness and flair.
Founder
Suchindra Reddy is a Chartered Architect with a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years, having worked with several respected architectural firms in the UK.
Experienced in all phases of a project from inception through to completion, He has a proven track record in successfully delivering residential, retail, mixed-use, and commercial projects across the UK. He has led projects of diverse scales and complexities in both private and public sectors.
